Cedric Corera
President & CEO
Mr. Corera received his Bachelors of Business in Accounting from Michigan State University as well as his Masters from Walsh College.
As President & CEO, Mr. Corera is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of Venator Holdings, LLC. Venator is a professional service search and staffing firm with three primary Divisions: Venator Finance, Venator Technical and Acteon Partners. Since Co-Founding Venator in 2002 Mr. Corera has spent much of his time developing each new business line that Venator has established in the last five years. Along with his two Co-Founders, Mr. Corera has been a key leader in establishing Venator as one of the fastest growing privately held professional staffing firms in the United States.
Prior to entering the recruiting profession, Mr. Corera spent 6 years working in accounting for both a CPA firm as well as a large Fortune 500 company located in Michigan. Mr. Corera began his career in October 1996 as a recruiter for Ajilon Finance. He earned the prestigious "Rookie of the Year" Award from this international firm during his first year as a recruiter. In addition, Mr. Corera received several awards for being a "Superstar" performer and was a member of the company's prestigious "Presidents Club." He progressed rapidly within the organization holding the position of Division Manager and finally Regional Director.
Karl Roehrig
Executive Vice President & COO
Mr. Roehrig received his Bachelors of Business in Finance from Michigan State University as well as his Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University.
As Executive Vice President & COO, Mr. Roehrig is responsible for overseeing Venator Holdings, LLC's Finance Division which encompasses both direct and contract placement of accounting and finance professionals. Mr. Roehrig oversees Venator's financial recruiting practice and has been instrumental in driving the growth of this group. Venator Finance is now one of the leading providers of financial staffing in the Metro Detroit area. In addition, Mr. Roehrig continues to be one of the top producers in the company; consistently ranking in the Top 5. Mr. Roehrig is also responsible for risk management, benefits administration and employee training and development.
Prior to entering the recruiting profession Mr. Roehrig worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Financial Advisory Services Division. Mr. Roehrig then took a position with Lear Corporation as their Corporate Treasury Manager. After a short stint at Lear, Mr. Roehrig entered the recruiting profession for a leading publicly held executive search firm. Mr. Roehrig earned numerous awards for top performance including "Rookie of the Year" and "President's Club". He was promoted to the position of Division Manager and held that position until leaving the organization.
